Grant Process

Any organization seeking to become a partner organization of Concentric must walk through the following process.

  1. Fill out and submit a Grant Application. (Grant Applications can be downloaded below or completed online)
Note: Concentric does not provide funding or enter into partnership with other foundations or with individuals. Therefore applicants must include with their application a copy of their organization's current IRS exemption letter and most recent IRS Form 990 Federal Tax Return to verify eligibility.

  2. Submit financial statements for the previous two years of ministry.

  3. Submit a Grant Proposal. Potential partners will explain how their organization and initiatives align with Concentric's mission. Grant Proposals should contain a complete description of the proposed project for which funding is requested, including full information on the planned use of funding and the anticipated impact to the ministry constituency, community, and/or world. Anticipated impact should be as specific and measurable as possible.

  4. Begin organizational vetting period. Concentric trustees will initiate a formal vetting period in which potential partner organizations will be personally interviewed.
